Patrick Hogston

Over 30 years experience in federal government contracts focused primarily on support services. Recently retired as Director of Contract Operations for HQ Mission and Installation Contracting Command (Army) responsible for the effective and efficient contract execution of $5.8B annually for thirty-two offices located at Army Installations across the Continental United States. Pat has vast experience in all phases of the acquisition process (cradle-to-grave). Specifically, he has extensive experience in market research, developing acquisition strategies, source selection, cost/price analysis, and contract administration.  During his career, Pat assisted in writing the Air Force and Army source selection policy and guidebooks.  He also assisted in developing the DoD pricing tools.  Pat’s experience includes Army, Air Force and Navy.    

Sharon Jones

Over 5 years of procurement experience and 30 years of educational and training experience in the private sector.  Sharon's procurement experience includes budgeting, purchasing and contract administration.  Her educational experience includes courseware and lesson plan development, platform and small group instruction, student academic counseling, and ensuring doctrinally sound training is delivered to trainees.  She provides literary editing support, editorial guidance, and writing assistance as it relates to product development.
